Last week, chef Jay catering had the pleasure of catering Vynka’s birthday celebration at her beautiful home. Set in a lush backyard and hosted by the warmest, most welcoming couple, it was an intimate evening filled with great food and even better company.
Guests enjoyed roaming canapés including yakiniku-glazed pork belly skewers, Southern Rock lobster brioche, and wild mushroom tartlets for our vegan guests.
Entrées featured Spencer Gulf kingfish ceviche and heirloom tomato tartare (vegan), followed by dry-aged duck breast and a bold yellow curry - glazed cauliflower steak (vegan).
The evening was finished with broccolini, salsa verde & macadamia to share.
