Looking back at our first year at Lark with immense pride.
Firstly we would like to say thank you to every guest who has stepped through our bright blue door into our tiny restaurant and gave Lark a chance. A special thanks to those who have chose to visit again and again and again (you know who you are), your support has been immense!
Our family, friends and trades who work so hard to make our dream become a reality, this time last year was brutal and the work doesn't stop! But worth it.
Our wonderful suppliers, growers, farmers who make serving nice things possible.
And last but not least the TEAM, who are quite simply remarkable. From the cleaner (Shazzle Dazzle), to the kitchen assistants, fantastic FOH team and the chefs who are all friends and family. None of Lark's achievements would be possible without every single one of you.

Had such a good meal at @lark.restaurant in Bury St Edmunds.
Everything was seriously tasty from start to finish, with so many standout dishes that it’s hard to pick a favourite. Just proper flavour, great cooking and a meal I’ll be thinking about for a while.
Big thank you to @chefjamescarn and all the team for looking after me so well. Friendly, relaxed and properly on it all evening.
