This one was for the Culture 🙌🏾! On the last day of Black History Month we threw tf down on some soulful cooking representing each of the chefs that were featured! I had to represent bringing a taste of Haiti and to be in an area that understands, accepts, honors and appreciates the flavors and the story behind the meals is always a humbling experience!Words can’t describe what it means for me to be a part of this event that help to support such a great cause as well @7uicefoundation . We all had such a great time in the kitchen and we pulled together to plate each other’s courses for the sold out brunch. The chemistry was perfect between us. The vibes were incredible from the space, the guest and the staff and it was just great being back in the city that will always hold a special place in my heart! Thank you to the Chefs for continuing to inspire and motivate me, the entire team @midaboston for all your help with the execution and hospitality & to our sponsors @tentoonerum who helped make this possible.
