Looking back at my time in Florence a couple of months ago. 🇮🇹 I had such a wonderful surprise staying at the @sinavillamedici . The hospitality was top-notch—warm, professional, and truly welcoming. 😊 It’s a beautiful place to find some peace in the heart of the city. 🌿 I also stopped by to see Cecchini in Città, but unfortunately, it was closed that day. The restaurant looks fantastic, and knowing the quality and passion of @dariocecchinimacellaio , I know the food must be incredible. 🥩 I’ll definitely have to go back to taste it! 🌿 A special note for @faithwilli : Faith, please don’t be mad at me for not stopping by! 🙏 I promise I’ll make it up to you next time! 😂 🌿 Before heading to Lucca, I took a long, quiet walk along the Arno river. It feels like a long time ago now, but the memories are still so fresh. 🚶‍♂️ 🌿 —— Ripensando a quando sono passato da Firenze un paio di mesi fa. 🇮🇹 Ho avuto una bellissima sorpresa soggiornando al @sinavillamedici . Sono stato accolto con una gentilezza e una cordialità d’altri tempi. 😊 Un posto davvero magnifico dove ricaricarsi. 🌿 Sono passato anche a vedere Cecchini in Città, ma purtroppo era chiuso. Quick stop in Florence at Coco Lezzone. It’s a place that keeps the tradition of old Tuscan trattorias alive with no frills and honest ingredients. From the ribollita to the rigatoni, everything stays true to its roots and tastes like home. Great to see the Chef in action. Fermata veloce a Firenze da Coco Lezzone. When cooking is done with heart and simplicity, you immediately taste that flavor of home that I always look for in my Cucina Agricola. And what a joy to find on the menu the wine from another dear friend, Giuseppe of @fabbricadisanmartino . A sip of Lucca right here in Milan... basically a Tuscan hug in a glass! 🍷✨ Between great conversation, a beautiful plate of pasta, and a toast, I felt truly at home. Grazie Federico, see you soon! A Perfect Day in LIC! What a wonderful day in Long Island City! What a spectacular night at @colacnyc ! My dear friend @miss_hailan walked us through the entire menu—one dish more interesting than the next. Incredible flavors and even better company with Dr. Gonzales. The dinner was so fantastic that I had to bike all the way home just to work off a bit of that feast! 🚲 Living the NYC life to the fullest. If you haven’t been yet, you must visit. Reflecting on an extraordinary evening at @odo_nyc from a couple of weeks ago. It was a true privilege to witness the ‘Evolution of Japanese Cuisine’ through the collaboration of @chef.hiroki_odo and Guest Chef @hiroyuki__kaneda from @narayamachi_ao . The precision of the Hassun and the depth of that Kani Curry are still vivid in my mind. A beautiful bridge between Fukuoka and New York.
