"@chefagabus once said…" and honestly, he didn’t lie šŸ˜šŸ˜‚ Some people think being a chef is just ā€œadd seasoning and stirā€ until reality enters the chat šŸ’€ Behind every fine plate is discipline, technique, pressure, consistency, and plenty learning moments like this. And that’s exactly what the mentorship is about — learning beyond recipes and growing into a better chef. Registration is still ongoing. Follow the rhythm. Allow the ingredients speak to you. Most time I hear some ingredients beckon to me ā€œpick me, pick meā€ā€¦ It always works out well in the end.

A Certified Plant Based Cuisine Chef. The experience is one for the books, myths about veganism was debunked and I now understand the principles of veganism and the cuisine. Thank you @provegng for this amazing opportunity to learn.

What happens when a shared table becomes a space for food, ideas, and connection, where African cuisine sets the stage for dialogue across the agri-food value chain? For the first time, the Horti Trade Mission featured The African Flavour Dinner, which brought together Dutch businesses and key culinary voices in Nigeria for a curated experience designed to explore the journey from production to consumption. @tuckernmor led the evening with a thoughtfully prepared 3-course meal, setting the tone for a dining experience rooted in culture and collaboration. Alongside him, @ifys.kitchen , @cheffeyikewa , and @chefagabus joined Dutch participants in open conversation, sharing insights on sourcing, preparation, and the broader dynamics that connect producers to consumers. The dinner created space not only to enjoy African cuisine, but also to better understand the value chain behind it highlighting the role of collaboration, knowledge exchange, and shared experiences in strengthening food systems. #NLinNigeria #HortiMission2026 #SolvingGlobalChallengesTogether
