Using the Whole Prawn ✨ Prawn bisque Infused with peppersoup spice, topped with pickled carrot & daikon, coconut yoghurt, and a fragrant lemongrass green oil. Served alongside prawn toast made from the prawn flesh nothing wasted, everything intentional.
