A very special thank you to @aionasacramento Executive Chef Lee @rlhj_nacl on a very successful first week of service. He is without a doubt the hardest working and most dedicated chef I have ever had the pleasure to work with. But more importantly he has a heart of gold and talent to spare. Lee and I have worked together for over 8 years, through many trials and we have only grown stronger as a team. It’s safe to say we simply could not have opened Aiona without him. It is an honor and a privilege to call you my friend and I’m very proud of you! Thank you Chef!!
