I think I’ve finally recovered from an amazing whirlwind of a weekend!! I’ve been craving a good gaming convention since moving to the UK and to be part of such a fantastic creative experience felt even more important in this current climate. I’ve been ruminating on how to explain how wonderful this experience was, but the best I can do is thank everyone involved.

Thank you for letting me be part of your experience and I am so, SO impressed by every single one of you for your creativity and courage. Every time I host I get teary onstage over how incredible the contestants are and this was no exception!!

@nutmegcos - I tear up every time I think of you walking that stage. You’re fabulous and watching you take this step into something you’ve wanted to do for a while (let alone getting to be part of that experience) is an honour. Love you bestie!!
I truly cannot tag everyone but know if we spoke that weekend, especially in the cosplay zone, thank you. Cosplay competitions, masquerades and walk-ons have been a part of my life for over a decade now and I don’t think there’s a better representation for the pure passion creatives have for their craft.
