A few weeks ago, I brought Wine & Dine back to my hometown for its fifth edition and let me tell you, it felt damn good to be home in that TEXAS HEAT.
We served up a Southern Creole x Mediterranean-inspired menu: Gulf shrimp salad in a citrusy Creole vinaigrette, crawfish arancini with smoky tomato aioli, smoked chicken shawarma skewers, and a refreshing watermelon lime granita — all paired with hand-selected wines by the incredible team at 13 celsius. Think sun-soaked varietals from across the Mediterranean, crafted to give you that summer by the sea feel.
We ran two beautiful sessions — session one pictured. Being on the other side of this project, everything just feels clearer and I’m beyond grateful.
Thank you to Adele and the crew at @13celsius , and to my family for showing up, showing love, and even jumping in to cook with me. To the old familiar faces and the new ones who welcomed me with true Southern hospitality. Thank you for making this homecoming one to remember.

Grateful is an understatement.
A huge thank you to @whoopsiedaisybar for hosting our fundraiser, to @o_goshitsjosh for opening up your kitchen, to everyone who donated their time, shared the posts, and contributed financially.
Because of this community, we were able to prepare 250 meals and restock 8 community fridges across Harlem, Alphabet City, Bed-Stuy, Bushwick, Ridgewood, and Greenpoint.
Thank you for showing up, pouring in, and helping us feed our neighbors.
