Yesterday was something special.
The first-ever combined ride between MBO Cali and PDCC on the same day — and it delivered on every level.
Two routes, all fitness levels, and everyone riding their own pace with respect and good energy.
We rolled through Whittier, Brea, Rowland Heights, Diamond Bar, Phillips Ranch, and Chino Hills — fast flats, beautiful views, and that Carbon Canyon climb + descent that reminded everyone why it’s legendary.
Coffee stop at Paris Baguette in Chino Hills sealed it. Great coffee, unreal pastries… and yes, the mochi donut with the pink frosting was elite. Don’t argue — just go get one.
New faces, familiar faces, great conversations, and vibes all the way through. This wasn’t just a ride — it was the perfect way to start the year.

First off — the coffee.
UBG had everyone fueled from the moment they rolled up, and TOASTED hit us with that Armenian-Turkish blend that changed lives 😂☕. Nothing bonds a group faster than caffeine + miles.
But honestly? The real magic was YOU — the community. Riders pulled up from OC, IE, LA, South Bay, the Valley, and the hometown Arcadia/Pasadena crew. All different backgrounds. All different levels.
And everyone showed up with the same energy:
Respect. Effort. Love for the ride.
What I loved most was how every rider got to get spicy at their own level — front pack hitters, steady grinders, chill rollers — and everyone still came together for the moments that mattered. That’s the heartbeat of MBO.
That’s the culture we’re building.

🚀 How Kevin Improved his Threshold POWER by ⚡22 watts⚡ in 50 days!
💪...and a 9% increase in his V02 Max 🏆
When Kevin first came to us, he was already putting in a lot of training.
🚴♂️ However, it was too much volume and the added load impacted his ability to respond to the training.
We knew adjusting his training load and training intensity would help him tap into his potential 💯.
So, we changed things up to help optimize his V02 Max.
✅ We immediately reduced his volume.
✅ We added more “easy” rides in his fat-burning zone.
✅ We added focused intervals to his training.
✅ We minimized the training intensity between “easy” and “hard”
All of these changes resulted in a boost in V02 Max and Threshold, which means Kevin will be able to:
