We made a film in 48hours with @48hourfilmproject !
The brief was sent to us on a zoom call at 6pm Friday then we had till 6pm Sunday to make the movie
So our weekend looked a little like this…
Friday: 6pm - 2am writing/set up
Saturday: 9am - 2am filming
Sunday: 9am - 6pm editing/admin
The genre we were randomly given was “Comedy/Time Travel”
So away we went and made a comedy about a guy called Jacques who travelled through time using various fireplaces around the house and becomes the thorn in the side of Travis & Laura’s relationship
Most the cast/crew slept at the location so it was like one mental fever dream sleepover. It was such a tough, fun, turbulent but most importantly fulfilling challenge!
If you can make it through filming a scene at 1am after you’ve been going non stop for the last 16 hours you can truly make it through anything! 😂
Very grateful to my team for letting me play a feature character despite no experience
