(VITRINE*)
Sequence of (SITE-SPÉCIFIC) performance

The performance takes the form of an activation, understood as a device for looking.
It creates a tension between different ways of seeing and being seen, and works by shifting the usual conditions of framing and access.
Positioned at a threshold, it operates in a space of porosity between inside and outside, where the role of the spectator is no longer fixed but constantly redefined. Here, the gaze is no longer singular or stable. It becomes mobile and reversible, part of a shared field of visibility in which each person is at once viewer and potentially viewed.
This displacement produces an unstable scopic situation, one that unsettles the usual distinctions between “legitimate audiences”and peripheral forms of attention. By treating the vitrine-like condition as a site of friction, this activation rework questions of access and visibility, opening an expanded field of attention. Experience unfolds within a shifting balance between exposure, withdrawal, and the circulation of bodies and gazes.
CAPTCHA
[Performative installation] video, interactive interface
2025
The CAPTCHA is a rite of digital passage: it separates the human from the non-human, the inside from the outside.
By infiltrating this interface with a marginalized body the project does not question what we see, but rather what we have learned to no longer see.
It reveals a silent violence - that of the normative gaze, of the sorting carried out by algorithms, but also by our own perceptual habits.
