I performed my diabolo act last year on the EJC @ejc2025 open stage. This piece was my graduation act almost four years ago.

It’s been three years since I graduated from circus school, and I’m still carrying my graduation act with me. Each performance feels like returning to the roots of my journey — fragile yet powerful, fleeting yet enduring. I never imagined this piece would stay by my side for so long, and I’m deeply moved each time it breathes again on stage.

「雜耍，是一場輕鬆的創意探索」
這門課程不追求高難度技巧，
而是邀請你透過基礎的拋接與旋轉，
感受身體與道具如何自然地相互牽引。
無需舞蹈基礎或藝術天賦，只要願意拿起雜耍道具，
隨自己的節奏動起來，便會發現即使手腳不協調，
也能在簡單動作中玩出獨特花樣。
我們從基礎技巧出發，但重點不在精準複製，
而在鼓勵實驗——當你嘗試放慢速度、改變重心，
或任由道具的物理特性碰撞身體慣性，
那些看似隨意的互動，終將成為個人化的創意遊戲。
無需評分標準，無需完美表現，
這裡只有身體與道具最誠實的對話，
以及純粹探索的樂趣。
潘穎樑，生於香港，現居比利時，是一位馬戲藝術家，長年活躍於雜耍領域。他擅長讓身體與道具互動，探索兩者之間的關係，並致力於將雜耍藝術推向新的表現形式。
他曾於香港演藝學院（HKAPA）修讀現代舞，取得文憑後，前往比利時École Supérieure des Arts du Cirque（ESAC）深造雜耍表演，並獲得藝術學士學位。
在歐洲，他參與過多個劇團的演出，與不同藝術家合作，包括：
REAL // UGLY // SPARKLING（Collective Simul Solus）
Permit, oh permit my soul to rebel（Company Side Show）
Douce Révolution（Compagnie des Mutants）
The Labyrinth（Fabian Krestel）
2022年，他與馬戲藝術家Alonso González及Keivin Benavides共同創作雜耍演出《How did you know?》。
2024年，他在比利時Detour Festival的Juggling Battle中奪得冠軍。
目前，他與比利時劇團Compagnie des Mutants合作，在歐洲進行長期巡演。

Throwback - My graduation performance from last year.
I like lying on the ground and my body moving on the floor. It’s a fresh feeling to me, and we spend very little time lying on the floor in our daily lives, except when we‘re sleeping. I was so fascinated by this feeling. Therefore, I started looking for the possibility of lying on the ground and playing diabolo.
