How would you define a superwoman? For Charis Ow (@charisow ), a content creator, co-founder of @nikoandclare and first-time mum, a superwoman is someone who stays true to herself even when things are tough. “I think there’s so much strength in getting help and accepting that you can do anything but not everything,” she says.
Meanwhile, Kim May Chee (@kimmyitreal ) – the founder of @cocodry.co and co-founder of @peachyprojects.co – adds that anyone can be a superwoman regardless of societal expectations. “Ultimately, I think a superwoman is someone who gives her best in every thing she does and always stays grounded,” she deduces.

FINALLY! Episode 1 of the forever home era is here!!! 🏠 @tantastic.home
Honestly, this one’s been a long time coming with 4 years of waiting and months of planning 🥹 This series has been one of the most intentional things I’ve ever worked on and I’m so ready to finally share it with you! 🫶🏼♥️
And this is just the beginning. Throughout this series I’m bringing you along for the full journey — the decisions, the dilemmas, the tips and tricks we picked up along the way, and yes, the mistakes we almost made (you’ll want to stick around for those 👀).
So here’s a question - when it comes to your home, do you prioritise function or aesthetics? Comment below! (Don’t worry, there’s no wrong answer here!)
Some memories deserve to be kept forever. Not because they’re perfect, but because they’re real 🤍
@charisow captured the little moments of motherhood with Scotley so beautifully 🫶 The smiles, the everyday routines, the love in between every frame
These are the kind of memories that only become more precious with time 📸
A mother’s journey is filled with love, patience, tears, strength — and little moments no one else sees.
This is for every mom who gave her all without asking for anything back.
Can’t wait to show you the photos they captured with the disposable camera soon 🫶🏻

an empty canvas = the possibilities are endless 😍✨
i obviously cannot draw to save my life so… i think the BEST decision is to hire an interior designer 😅 @tantastic.home
What I’ve learned through motherhood:
The right choice is not always the easy one.
To every mama doing the hard, unglamorous, invisible work of raising a good human…
I see you.
Happy Mother’s Day 💐
Morning, together.
Same rhythm. Side by side.
Still you. Just… lighter.
Parent Light isn’t just words, it’s how it feels.

Something I want every parent to know - crying during sleep learning is completely NORMAL and it doesn’t mean something is wrong 🤍
This couple came to me wanting to try the Ferber Method. Even though I walked them through some gentler alternatives, I fully respected their choice.
That’s how we work here — we meet you where you are, support the path you choose and walk alongside you every step of the way! ✨
But during the process, what I did coach them on? Tuning in. Yes, Ferber has a structure and set intervals but NO method overrides your instincts as a parent. If something feels off, we listen. We adjust. We trust you to know your child!
I always remind parents: your baby isn’t crying because you’re doing it wrong. They’re crying because this is new and new things can hard. Even for tiny humans. And we’re here to help them through the changes while staying steady, calm and grounded so that they will feel safe, calm and grounded as well!
Within just a few days, this little one was sleeping through the night. And this couple? They got their sleep back too.
When the whole family is rested, everything just feels a little more manageable and that’s exactly what we’re here for 💜✨
