My hope for 2026 is to bring just as much effort to the table as Ali and Spencer did for their wedding day! Every word of their vows and every detail for their celebration was thoughtfully curated, and it was a monumental honor to capture it.My goal is to deliver an equally thoughtful and sincere product for every couple that trusts me with their event coverage. It’s incredible when a couple finds you that wants their video to be just as deliberate, purposeful, and cinematic as their wedding day plans are.It was also a wonder to behold the extravagance of this event, but what was most special was the meaningful words Jermel and Brandon expressed to one another in front of their loved ones (all of whom were dressed to the nines as you’ll see!)It’s hard to describe the admiration I had for this wedding, and even harder to express how much pressure I felt to do it justice. This summer when the wildfires were raging far away, there was a slight hazy filter in the sky, which lent a certain magic to the light. I was incredibly fortunate to be out filming a fairy tale wedding at the always wonderful @kohlerwi . Emily and Derrick glowed not just figuratively ( ️) but literally.This wedding was another example of just how good 2025 was for me and the growth of my storytelling art. I’m obsessed with the beginning of this highlight. Possibly the most emotional, heartwarming first look reaction I’ve ever filmed. No, this sunset wasn’t in Turks and Caicos, this is right in the backyard of the wonderful @thecommodoredelafield . Even if the couple doesn’t want personal vows recorded or featured, I still find so much meaning in the officiant’s homily and the heartfelt speeches. Claire and Joe’s people didn’t disappoint!
