Honored to be part of Men Without Shoes program, curated by the students of
@foundation_academies and presented at the
@morvenmuseum .
The exhibition produced in partnership with
@pbsnj1777 highlighted fourteen Black soldiers who fought in the American Revolution. Some recorded as fighting barefoot, leaving bloody footprints in the snow.
The students weren’t just participants — they were curators, researchers, and educators. They preserved overlooked stories, and even created AI-generated documentary shorts to bring each soldier’s experience to life.
This is the kind of work that’s most fulfilling — using creativity to deliver history in a way that isn’t mundane or confined to a classroom. They didn’t just learn history — they reimagined how to tell it.
Incorporating Jet Reimagined felt fitting. Jet has always centered everyday heroes — the boots on the ground. And that’s exactly who this exhibition honored.
Proud of these young scholars.
