I LOVE creating adventures in my own backyard when I’m not traveling. Me and my lil sis who is a former student at GSU who I use to mentor, had lunch at Rumi’s Kitchen in Midtown 📍 This is a Persian restaurant with amazing views but the food was like a 6/10. I would still recommend going if you like Persian food but the experience outside of the food was worth it. However I am dedicated to expanding my palate this year so what’s your favorite cuisine? Also why didn’t yall tell me radishes tasted like that? 🤢
Anyway if you like adventure & new experiences consider joining @girlcodesisters ✨
Love is Acceptance ↓
Being around people who bring out the little kid in you. Sometimes we abandon ourselves for the approval of others when the goal is to bring your whole self in these spaces and attract the people who “are your people”. Love is acceptance on every level. For me this looked like surrounding myself around people who resembled the parts of me that were authentic like having an amazing relationship with God but also being able to have fun in non-religious spaces. It’s full acceptance of how God created me to shift those spaces with my presence when I enter them along with other people that get it. Love is accepting people for exactly who they are and not having the pressure to outperform one side of ourselves but being liberated to bring every side of us and still be loved & embraced. Your challenge is to be that space for someone else this week. Remember, if you want love BECOME IT✨

📍Stone Mountain Vlog is out NOW ⛰️ Hiking up mountains gives me so much revelation and perspective on life. Lately I have been navigating my own personal mountains and hiking always reminds me that I can do hard things. It is a reminder that I will always come out on top now matter if my pace change, if I need to take a break, if I wore the wrong shoes, have heavier load, etc, the outcome never changes. This mountain in particular is special because I always go with friends and some of them I have helped pushed up the mountain and encouraged them to keep going, and some friends actually had to encourage me to keep going. Both times, I was able to enjoy the view with loved ones, they say the top is lonely but it doesn’t have to be.
No matter what mountain you are facing in life, here is your reminder that you CAN also do hard things and that you don’t have to climb alone. ⛰️✨
I spill the tea on the mountains I am currently navigating on my YouTube Channel: Chanel Breanna , subscribe if you want to hear more.
