C E V I C H E B A R 🤘 From an idea born out of the need to pay rent while the restaurant was being built. Ceviche Bar has become a true staple of our weekly service and really allowed our team to shine on the freshest ingredients. Our talented friend Chandler shining in his best way and making what we do look like art. If you didn’t know what to do on Sunday, well now you do…

This event was created to bring community together, showcase the many cultures that make Jacksonville special, and turn introductions into friendships. What actually happened was all of that and so much more. The chefs and their teams absolutely crushed it, the guests brought incredible energy, and Down To Earth Farm became the perfect setting for an unforgettable night. One could say a Low Country Boil might just be the best way to introduce someone to our city and the beautiful people who make it what it is. Thank you to everyone who showed up, supported, cooked, collaborated, and shared this experience with us. And if you missed it… stay tuned. We might just be crazy enough to keep this going.

“Why have we waited so long to try @chanchoking ” was what I said to Miles after taking a few bites of my food. Today at @theblockjax we tried out @chanchoking ’s Smothered Sweet Plantains and their Pork Half and Half Bowl (rice & plantain chips). — #904Eats #JacksonvilleEats #DuvalEats #904happyhour #YelpJacksonville

🔥 #ElNuevoEcuador

A one-night, collaborative Low Country Boil featuring award-winning chefs, cultural storytelling, and communal dining in Jacksonville. Join us for The Royal Low Country Boil, a one-of-a-kind culinary experience bringing together some of the region’s most exciting chefs for a night of food, culture, and community. Set under one tent at Down to Earth Farm, this chef-driven gathering reimagines the traditional Low Country Boil through the diverse cultural influences that shape Jacksonville’s food scene. This is not a typical dinner—it’s a shared moment. Each participating chef will prepare their own interpretation of a Low Country Boil, incorporating flavors and techniques that reflect their background and culinary perspective. At the center of the evening, all chefs will drop their boil pots simultaneously, inviting guests to gather around one communal table and dine together.
