What happens when ice-cold craft beer meets bold island flavor? Pure magic. 🍺🌺 Huge shoutout to @dairylandbrewing and @chamoriken for putting together an unforgettable pop-up packed with amazing food, great drinks, nonstop laughs, and nothing but good energy all around. From families hanging out with the kids to friends catching up over plates full of flavor and fresh pours, the whole spot was buzzing from start to finish.
The vibes were HIGH, the food was hitting with that perfect blend of flavor 🌶️, and every corner of the brewery felt alive with smiles, conversations, and people genuinely enjoying themselves. Events like this are what community is all about — good people, good music, incredible local businesses, and memories being made in real time.
Thank you to the entire Dairyland crew for creating such a welcoming atmosphere, and major respect to the Chamoriken team for bringing the heat out of the kitchen and serving up absolute 🔥 all day long. Y’all made this one special. Can’t wait for the next round. 🍻

This Saturday at @dairylandbrewing , come hungry and ready for something bold! ❤️🔥🌮 @chamoriken is pulling up with Puerto Rican and Chamorro-inspired street food that is loaded with flavor. They’ll be firing things up around 3 PM (maybe earlier if prep flies) and serving until 7 (or as long as the crowd keeps them busy)!
On the menu: Chop Cheese loaded with melted cheese and grilled onions, Shrimp Po’boy stacked and sauced, Loaded Fries piled high with your choice of protein, Crispy Empanadas, and tacos that bring it all together.
🍻 The brewery will be open 1:00–9:00 PM, so you’ve got plenty of time to settle in, grab a drink, and make an evening of it!

We’ve never been very public about our lives, because some things feel sacred and meant to be kept private. But today, we want to share our story.
Our son was born with a rare medical condition called gastroschisis. We were told he might not live past six months. To save his life, we relocated to Washington, leaving everything behind and starting over with only what we could fit in a suitcase.
Today, Ayziiz is 9 years old. 🙏
The journey hasn’t been easy. Over the years, he’s been let down by systems that weren’t built to support him, which meant we had to always be available for our son. A traditional 9–5 was never an option.
So we got creative.
That’s how ChamoRikén was born—out of necessity, love, and the need to stay present for our family. What started as survival turned into purpose and community.
We’re sharing this because not everything on the internet is “all good.” Many of us are struggling—some quietly, some loudly. We’re just grateful for the love and support this community continues to show us. It truly means everything. 🤍
Thank you for being part of our journey.
