Not quite the ski trip we had hoped for… 💔
First day, first run and Mr A broke his leg on the mountain. He was taken off by the incredible mountain rescue team and airlifted to hospital. We flew home the very next day, only to find out it was indeed broken. Absolutely gutted.
A huge thank you to our amazing friends who stepped in and helped me through it all. To our brilliant resort manager Joe at @inghams.ski and his fantastic team for taking such good care of us, we’re so grateful.
And to all the support and assistance teams at @gnb_airport , @easyjet and @gatwickairport … the thought of flying home with Mr A in so much pain was incredibly stressful, but your kindness and care made such a difference.
Thank you as well to all the medical teams involved… from both Mr A and me, we truly appreciate everything you did.
