@bigivylittlefarm - Chef Nick’s personal farm(!!!) Julienned spring onion, Kashmiri chili powder, cumin, coriander, & all the things. Tossed with chili black salt and served with sweet yogurt & green chutney.
Tamarind Braised Pork Ribs 🙏
@hickorynutgap applewood smoked St. Louis half rack with a garam masala dry rub. Gently braised with ginger and soy, & finished with a tamarind glaze. Every bit as good as you think!
