وقتی اضافه وزن داشتم، خیلیا منو مسخره میکردن و حتی بعضی وقتا حس میکردم که هیچوقت نمیتونم تغییر کنم. ولی باشگاه بهم درسای بزرگی داد. یاد گرفتم که چطور به خودم عشق بورزم و چطور دیسیپلین داشته باشم. اگر اون اضافه وزن نبود، شاید هیچوقت نمیفهمیدم که چقدر قویتر از چیزی هستم که فکر میکردم. تغییرات بزرگ همیشه آسون نیستن، ولی وقتی برای آینده خودت قدم برمیداری، هیچچیز غیرممکن نیست. یه ماچ گنده به خودم که حالا حالا ها کم نمیارم🩷✨
