Another goodbye to @gadsdenstudio ! Tonight was my last “official” night teaching at the studio. I’ll be poking my head in/out over the next few weeks subbing where I can and saying my farewells to this beautiful community of movers!
I promise I’m not crying (yet 🥹)!
Well, today was hard… I said goodbye to one of my favorite clients - Ms. Mary @pure_pilates . What started as a subbing opportunity, eventually turned into regular sessions. We’ve been hanging out in the studio together every week for almost two years and she’s been an absolute joy (and comedian)!
Unfortunately, of all the things I’ve learned about Pilates and working with clients, there’s no preparation for separation ❤️ I’ll certainly miss this one!
Three ways, one intention: control, connection, and challenge.

Jumpboard is where Pilates quietly turns into cardio—without the joint stress. You get your heart rate up, build endurance, and strengthen through your legs and core while lying down (yes please).
