Debated posting this only because itās so sacred and special to me. Iām normally a private person but this is something I just couldnāt kept to myselfā¦
The joy I feel is unexplainable. My heart is so full. I thank God for his mercy and grace over my life! Making this public declaration of my faith is only the beginning and I canāt wait to see what this journey has in store for me!

One of the best decisions Iāve ever made š„¹
Prior to switching to CrossFit I struggled with being consistent with my fitness journey. I often times found myself bored with the everyday routine of a traditional gym setting. CrossFit lit a fire inside of me that I hadnāt felt in a long time. The completive, intense environment was something that had been missing for me. Since then itās been A LOT of sweat and tears often times blood tooā¦.lolā¦.but I wouldnāt trade it for anything.
