Debated posting this only because it’s so sacred and special to me. I’m normally a private person but this is something I just couldn’t kept to myself… The joy I feel is unexplainable. My heart is so full. I thank God for his mercy and grace over my life! Making this public declaration of my faith is only the beginning and I can’t wait to see what this journey has in store for me! As I’m writing this with tears in my eyes I want to thank my sister @mrs__carney for always supporting and guiding me to this amazing community I have found! I thank God for you! šŸ¤Ž

One of the best decisions I’ve ever made 🄹 Prior to switching to CrossFit I struggled with being consistent with my fitness journey. I often times found myself bored with the everyday routine of a traditional gym setting. CrossFit lit a fire inside of me that I hadn’t felt in a long time. The completive, intense environment was something that had been missing for me. Since then it’s been A LOT of sweat and tears often times blood too….lol….but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
