We are thrilled to announce that Through the Blizzard, a short animated film by Sonet Production (Banja Luka), has been selected for the prestigious CEE Animation Workshop 2026! ✨️ Producer Sonja Đurić @signorinasonja and director/animator Igor Đurić @_igo___ spent an inspiring week in Lillehammer, Norway, participating in the first module of this year-long European program focused on project development and team skills advancement. Out of 55 applications from 27 countries, only 12 projects were selected - and Through the Blizzard proudly stands among them. Inspired by Petar Kočić’s novel and rooted in Krajina’s music, tradition and visual identity, the film connects local heritage with universal themes of love, sacrifice, and endurance. The project is co-funded by the Audio-visual Center of Republic of Srpska. We are grateful for the opportunity, the knowledge gained and the inspiring connections made. This journey has just begun! 🤍❄️ -- Sa zadovoljstvom dijelimo da je Kroz mećavu, kratki animirani film produkcijske kuće Sonet iz Banjaluke, uvršten u selekciju prestižnog programa CEE Animation Workshop 2026! ✨️ Producentkinja Sonja Đurić i reditelj/animator Igor Đurić proveli su inspirativnu sedmicu u Lilehameru, Norveška, učestvujući u prvom modulu ovog jednogodišnjeg evropskog programa posvećenog razvoju projekata i unapređenju timskih vještina.
