ResonantMind Collective member Pete Sax @brotherpetesax is a meditator, musician, and sound facilitator with advanced training in Dzogchen. Early experiences with Alexandre Tannous and altered states inspired his disciplined path in meditation, sound, and spiritual exploration. For over a decade, he has studied with masters including Reginald Ray, Lama Surya Das, Mingyur Rinpoche, and other modern teachers in the traditions of Dzogchen and Mahamudra.

We are returning to Center for the Enlightenment Arts for the upcoming June full moon on Wednesday, June 11th. Let's come together and give ourselves a moment to do nothing. A chance for the mind, body, and spirit to rest, relax, and renew. 🕉️🫠💤
We start by smudging to cleanse our energy. Followed by light exercise, breathing techniques, and a guided meditation to calm the mind and body. Lastly, let the sound envelope us and wash away the tensions of everyday life. 🐸🌀🌝

Perhaps the most luscious Creative Cocoon yet—each one deepening, becoming more intimate than the last. This one felt like a true cocoon, like we were tucked away in a magickal forest somewhere.
In a world that demands constant action and vigilance, I’m so proud that we’ve created a sanctuary for much-needed pause.
Rest is not surrender — it is resistance.
Rest is not weakness — it is preparation.
How powerful it is to witness each of us reclaim our right to stillness in these turbulent times. The sound carries us to that deeper place where renewal occurs not through effort, but through surrender, reminding us that to be effective, we must first be replenished.
Infinite gratitude to my co-facilitator, Alexandra @ajsalty , for bringing her beautiful presence and energy to this experience.
What an honor it is to create this space for collective restoration, knowing that our relaxed and restored hearts will return to the world with greater capacity to serve it.
