NYC 2024 🗽
Yesterday was a dream! I had the time of my life. The energy on the course was off the charts, and for everyone who cheered for me, I made sure to reciprocate that energy back to those who showed up on their Sunday morning to watch 55,000 strangers run through the streets of New York. The goal yesterday was to have as much fun as possible, and that is EXACTLY what I did. New York you filled my soul.
I want to give a special thank you to my @newbalancerunning family for making this experience happen. It’s not everyday that you get the red carpet rolled out for you. You guys made this experience unlike any other. I’ll remember this day for the rest of my life, and it’s the good people of New Balance that are making this sport so special. You guys care, and for that I am forever grateful. Just wait until you see what we have in store for the future.
Salute to everyone who wished me greatness, sent messages, posted, all of that. I can’t even put into words how loved I felt this weekend. To have the support from my Coconut Grove Run Club family, the Miami running community, and everyone in between is what fueled me. I do this for you all. I love to be a source of inspiration, but this weekend YOU ALL were my inspiration. Thank you for the endless motivation and love shown. I love y’all from the bottom of my heart 🫶
Thank you New York for bringing a smile to my face! My heart is full ❤️
l’ll never get tired of this! I love this sport and all the moments that come with it. The smiles, the cheers, the triumphs and the deep places you go during a race. Miami you’re always a vibe 🌴⚡️

Moments from Hyrox Miami 🌴
I guess the third time really is a charm. A really good day out there on the adult field day course yesterday. By far the best I’ve felt. Strong and fast. A good combo for a Hyrox race. After my first 2 go arounds of not feeling well leading up to the race, I was finally able to put together a performance I feel good about. Shoutout to brodie @gabe_estrada for holding me accountable. It takes a team, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team mate. Happy but not satisfied. I know I am capable of so much more. Let’s keep it rolling.
Thank you to everyone who made this weekend possible, especially my friends over at @amazfit.us and my @coconutgroverunclub family for showing up in a big way 🫶

Here’s the truth:
We didn’t have a massive production team. We had a vision, and a community worth building for.
From rain delays to late shipments to building a pop up shop inside a shipping container… it was a full team effort. What made it work wasn’t perfection. It was trust.
Brands that understand community don’t try to control it, they support it.
Grateful to everyone who made this possible.
Home turf hits different 🌴 🥥
Ran the UAE 5K in Coconut Grove today, our hometown race, and for the first time in a long time, I woke up genuinely excited to race. No pressure. Just joy.
I haven’t trained much the last couple months, but I’m proud of where my fitness is at. 18:13 in what’s arguably the most competitive 5K in South Florida, surrounded by some of the fastest people I know. Grateful to be on that starting line with my friends, and even more grateful that my body is working with me.
This race reminded me why I love this. The fire is back.
Now it’s time to get back to work and work harder than I ever have.
Big goals this year, no shortcuts.
