With a newly expanded dry-aging program, seasonally adjusted specials, and a design that perfectly balances modern lines & lighting with warm accents of wood and fire, there are absolutely no signs of slowing El Che down. The restaurant that notoriously began without a single gas line…still start the fire and keep it running every single day…has found ways to not only remain relevant, but to also excite me every time I have the chance to visit. Restaurants like this have a way of reminding me why I fell in love with dining in the first place. 🔥

every Wednesday at @braserochicago , wine director @ccupe10 chooses 6 unique, bold wines that are only $60 for the evening. these are wines that could normally be anywhere between $80-$100 that you get to try for a discount! we got to try a red from @michelini_i_mufatto that i had tried back in argentina when i was there this past February! this is a wine that you don’t find often stateside so it was so cool to see on the menu and be reminded of my vacation. the food here is also exemplary so it’s a win win situation to visit!
