It’s been a week of sausageing @brasserieconstance .
We brought back the Allegra duck neck, I first made with @ppowellchef before they were a thing many years ago! We served then with rhubarb and chicory for a few special guests over the weekend.
And made some good old pork and apple bangers for our Saturday Daily plate this week, glazed in lyonnaise onions on a nice bit of mash.
