ESTIU 2026 🍋 1 al 5 de juliol SOMÀTIC CONTACT RETIR amb @umamaraval SOMÀTIC CONTACT RETIR Cinc dies per endinsar-nos en el temps somàtic del cos, on l'escolta i el moviment des de la sensació ens permeten aprofundir en la lentitud, la relaxació i la presència, i des d’aquí expandir la nostra dansa compartida. ✨ PROPOSTA Durant el retir, explorarem la mecànica del moviment en Contact Improvisació, investigant dinàmiques que ens ajudin a construir un codi comú per dialogar entre cossos i desplegar la dansa. Treballarem des de la qualitat de la fàscia, aquest fil conductor que unifica i aporta elasticitat i fluïdesa al moviment. 💫 QUÈ TROBARÀS EN AQUEST RETIR? ✔ Espai per a l'escolta somàtica i la connexió amb el cos. ✔ Investigació i pràctica de la mecànica del moviment en Contact Improvisació. ✔ 4 Jams d’improvisació per experimentar i gaudir de la dansa lliurement. ✔ Temps per estar en el riu, descansar, reflexionar i compartir amb les altres persones. ✔ Un entorn natural únic per nodrir-nos i moure’ns amb fluïdesa. ✔ Menjar saludable fet amb amor, amb ingredients frescos i nutritius.
