Transitions are an opportunity to highlight additional strengths or hide weaknesses between your shots. A successful athlete should aim never to be fully relaxed and rather create constant muscular tension & intentional movement between shots to show more of their physique.
Setting up a front double? ➡️ Do a form of a chest squeeze
Setting up a side chest? ➡️ Squeeze the tricep before hitting the pose. Maybe hit an oblique shot after if you have good obliques.
Back double? ➡️ hit an xmas tree if you have good low back condition or glute striations
And so on (these are just examples)
Assume you are being judged at all times from the moment you step on stage 🔑
