Our first Shared Table event was such a special way to celebrate community and the slow, handmade products that make our region so unique. It was truly heartwarming to see everyone gathered together to share a meal and appreciate the passion of local makers 💚
@raven.place brought an incredible menu to the table, and their flavours were the perfect centrepiece for the evening. Beer and dumpling magic. It was heaps of fun working together to bring it all to life. Shout out to @limpinwoodlayers too for the generous gifts for our guests!

Based in Murwillumbah, Caldera’s focus on traditional, mixed culture brewing mirrors our own commitment to small batch, fermented ingredients.
This is a relaxed evening in an atmospheric setting amongst the barrels, a chance to pull up a seat and enjoy how the delicate, umami flavours of the Raven Place kitchen pair with the nuanced acidity of Caldera’s saisons.

PUDDING STOUT 15% ABV
We've been nurturing this beauty for 4.5 years and it's finally ready to go!
It all started with our mates at @sevenmilebrewingco who brewed a pudding stout base loaded with notes of plum, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
It then took a ten month nap in one of our ex-Pinot Noir barrels before its long maturation. We bottled it up earlier this year with a final kiss of raw @sunnytimeshoney .
Boasting a viscous, port like body, the alcohol is nicely balanced by rich notes of liquorice, prunes, and warming spices.
This is the perfect digestif to enjoy after a festive meal or as a pairing with dessert. Definitely one to share!
