At Ryefield Hops we are embedded within our local community and love growing hops in the Bega Valley. We are a family owned and run farm that is focused on conscious farming practices to better the land on which we grow. To provide hops to your brewery means that you are fostering principles of local and independent and ensuring those principles flow all the way from the consumer to the farmer. Our product is a zero chemical product that means no pesticides, fungicides or insecticides are sprayed on or contained in our hops. ⭐⭐ APPRECIATION POST ⭐⭐ We want to send out a big appreciation post to @andyyy355 our all-rounder, all-season main man. Ryefield hops would not be where it is without the hard work and dedication of Andrew. Andrew has been working at Ryefield Hops since 2023 and has been integral in the growth of yield and production. He is a critical part of the team and does it all from field work, to harvest, to pelletising and everything in between. He always brings the tunes, good energy and dedication to get the best out of the plants and a high-quality product to the brewer. And just like that it's all over for another season! Season 2026 is all wrapped up! We baled a total of 6.2 tonne, an increase of 1.5 tonne from last season. It was a huge effort from the team who all did an amazing job and worked super hard. We couldn't have done it without you! This seasons crop is smelling amazing, the oils are stickiest yet and the aroma going through the shed was incredible. We are head down pelletising to get this fresh 2026 crop out to customers. We can't wait to hear what you brew up! If you'd like an early taste get around some of the fresh hop beers that are being released now. VICTORIA Our crowd favourite. This juicy morsel has been super popular with brewers over the last 2 years. It is high alpha, high oil, high aroma - that classic punch you in the face type hop. 👊 It bursts with passionfruit, mango, orange juice box sweetness and pine. We love this hop and can't wait to get this lot out to the brewers who pre-ordered. It's always snapped up quickly... but next year we will have more... Some new crowns are waiting patiently to go into the ground next season. A big week last week in the shed. We are just over halfway and have processed more hops now that we picked all last season. It's non-stop here, 24 hours a day. The tractor starts at sunrise with the last load going into the kiln as the sun goes down. Then it's on to night watch, carefully watching over the hops babies and dropping the kiln floors to be able to get them out and on the conditioning floor at an optimum 10.5% moisture. BEEDELUP This hop is full throttle aroma. Bursting with tropical fruit salad notes of pineapple, grapefruit, lychee and guava and bringing some serious dankness. A high alpha, high oil, high aroma hop perfect for hazy, IPA, Pacific ales and pale ales. Last year we baled 1.2 tonne and this year we are targeting 2 tonne. Happy International Women's Day to this superstar woman ⭐💫 Karen is a powerhouse! She is the backbone of the farm, keeping everything running smoothly at all times. Balancing farm life with raising 3 children and two off farm jobs. She has the mental fortitude to run a marathon without training (and has done so)! She always shows up with generosity, care, kindness, patience, thought and consideration for everyone. Always humble and still sleep deprived even with 3 children over 5. Ryefield Hops would not be the same without Karen at the helm! #notallKarens

Join us at @eatmerimbula today to get yourself some super fresh Hazy Pale Ale. We do the growing and drinking, while we let the pros do the brewing. This batch was crafted by the crew at @fivebarrelbrewing in Wollongong. Hops to decorate the stall were hand picked by Ruben last night 💪
