Meet Scott, our Workflow Manager.
When he's not keeping projects on track, you'll find him wandering Exbury Gardens in the New Forest with his wife, three kids and a dog 🌳🐕 - a place he's called his happy place for the last 15 years.
Just a word of warning if you’re ever bringing snacks into a meeting: don't offer him fruit or veg 🙅♂️🥦.
Discover what else makes Scott tick.

👣 On Monday, our Infrastructure & Energy team walked 38 kilometres, nearly the distance of a full marathon, from Walton-on-Thames to our London office in support of our official charity partner, @sandscharity
Every step was in memory of Walton, the son of our colleague Olivia, who was lost following a premature birth. Sands is a pregnancy and baby loss charity that works to reduce the number of babies dying and ensure that anyone affected receives the best possible care and support.
Losing a baby is one of the most profound griefs a person can carry. And true to who we are, the Cavendish I&E team didn't just offer words, we showed up with action.
The journey wasn't easy: sore knees, tired hips, and one teammate even had to jump straight on up to a conference the next day after they crossed the finish line. But none of that dimmed the moment. The team finished together, and in doing so, raised £2,210, exceeding 147% of their original goal.
This is what our team looks like: showing up for each other, in the hardest moments and every step of the way.
For Walton and for Olivia. 🤍

Homes contribute more to environmental impact than most people realise; from the materials used to build them to the energy used inside every day. For a home improvement retailer operating at scale, Kingfisher’s mission to reach Net Zero is not only a responsibility to reduce that impact, but an opportunity to lead the change.
Our brief from Kingfisher was clear: to demystify Net Zero for colleagues, vendors and stakeholders and spotlight the people doing the work.
The Cavendish team is proud to bring this vision to life through an animation showcase. By bringing together professionally shot and user-generated moments from across the business, we've mapped out six key action areas and the targets that keep everyone aligned.

This membership animation was one of the pieces our Creative team produced as part of CIBSE's brand refresh.
A confident film that translates everything we built, strategically and visually, into motion.
It was great to see the identity launch receive overwhelmingly positive feedback, including from CIBSE's Communications and Marketing Director, Melissa Drayton:
"The combination of strategic clarity and creative thinking has shaped the refresh that we have today".

Rebranding an organisation with great heritage means every decision matters.
To understand where the brand needed to go, we carried out:
✔️ A full brand audit
✔️ A competitor analysis across the engineering landscape
✔️ A collaborative workshop with CIBSE's senior leaders
From there, we built a system designed so that the brand could flex across digital and print, including the typography, the colour palette, new logo, and imagery instructions.
The result is a guideline that not only looks like CIBSE but also reflects how the organisation communicates and presents itself.

129 years of heritage. A new mark for the building services engineers of today and tomorrow. 🦅
We partnered with @cibse (The Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers) to evolve an identity that's stood the test of time. With less than 20% of members under 39, the brief was to modernise without losing what made CIBSE credible in the first place.
We ran a member survey with 190 respondents to test, challenge and validate every key decision along the way. Research proved the iconic hawk must stay but with a more modern look and feel.
The launch received 100% positive press coverage and exceeded the media benchmark by 60%, demonstrating strong public support. 📈

Cavendish is proud to invest in the next generation of young journalists 📝✨ at a time when fact-checking, truth-telling, and investigative journalism matter more than ever. We recently sponsored the Business/Financial and Health category at the CIoJ 2026 Young Journalist of the Year Awards in London.
👏 Well done to all the winners and shortlisted journalists. With trust in media more contested than ever, these awards definitely shine a spotlight on the journalists who will define the future of quality reporting.

Our teams across Cavendish received visits from our CEO and the senior leadership team for a companywide in-person update tour 👥.
It was a chance for everyone to reconnect and share everything we’ve achieved this year - from being named Best Public Affairs Agency at the 2025 PRWeek Corporate Affairs Awards 🏆, to winning Best Large Consultancy 🥇 at the 2026 PRCA Public Affairs Awards, and securing our place on the Sunday Times Best Places to Work list for the second year in a row 🎉.
The sessions were a brilliant opportunity to reflect, look ahead, and spend time together as a team. Here’s to another great year at Cavendish 🤝.

💛 When people don't have to spend energy blending in, they can spend it doing great work.
For #NeurodiversityCelebrationWeek, Creative Director and member of our Neurodiversity internal impact group, Charli Edwards, is talking about masking: the subtle, everyday behaviours neurodivergent people use to cope in environments shaped around one “right” way to communicate or behave.
In her latest blog, Charli breaks down what masking actually looks like, and how workplaces can build cultures where nobody feels they need to hide who they are.

🧠 Different minds drive better outcomes.
As #NeurodiversityCelebrationWeek begins, we’re recognising the value of the many ways people think, process information, and solve problems.
When organisations create space for varied thinking styles, they unlock sharper insights, stronger decisions, and more resilient teams.
We’re committed to building workplaces that work for everyone, where our neurodivergent colleagues can contribute their strengths and feel supported.
That commitment is championed through our internal impact group, Cavendish Neurodiversity, a team dedicated to raising awareness and creating safe spaces for open discussion. From sharing resources to supporting managers and colleagues, the group plays a vital role in embedding neuroinclusion into the Cavendish culture.
Inclusion isn’t a box to tick. It’s how better organisations are built.

MIPIM is always more than a conference and this year was no exception ✨ @mipim_world
From sunrise runs along the Croisette to late-night karaoke; this week has been all about the people.
It was fantastic to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new ones from across the built environment, and share so many great moments both inside and outside the conference.
Leaving Cannes with full hearts and memories we won't forget anytime soon 📸. Until next time, Cannes 👋
