This guy leapt from parked car to parked car all along the street never touching ground. Then curled up very decisively on this car roof. Came by an hour later he was still snoozing on the roof. I hope no one drives away with him in the morning
Apparently I am the only person in LA who didn’t go to the renaissance fair. It’s fine. I don’t care. Fifteen year old me DOESN’T CARE, ok? Anyway here is @olivieblake and my friend Henry Renning it up. In this picture I relate equally to both of them

Some moments from the LA Times Festival of Books @latimesfob . I loved it. Got to talk folklore and books and horror and hamsters to a wonderful sold out audience with #JordanKurella @meakamcy and @stephengrahamjones I met so many people and shouted at some old friends, sometimes over the rim of my wine glass - including @leoking8473@pfracassi@_morganbergman@rhowzellhall@mystgalaxybooks@skylightbooks and @lovelyfrancesca who was my hilarious date all weekend. Thank you so much to the organisers, donors and the many many staff who saw me wandering dazed and lost across the @uscedu campus and gently steered me in the right direction. I felt so lucky to be a part of it all 📚📚📚

So I’m afraid I dipped back into @goodreads . To be clear once more, these are things I find funny and odd and astute, from the one to the five stars. I think my favourite is the comment that notes that I mentioned Nebraska in a novel (I DID!)
