i was confused with what i wanted and wanted to look at everything and meet everyone and live as hard as i could. i felt constantly small and thought being somewhere else could make me feel bigger, like i was on an adventure, maybe find some purpose in life. it didn’t, but i realized i wasn’t the only one in search of a purpose, but it did look different for everybody. was anyone really sure of what they were doing or are we all just pretending? was anyone not always scared about the future? is there anything worse than loneliness?
what does it look like to feel small?

Photographs from summer ‘25, another summer spent at work, thinking about playing outside.
So, I made this zine appreciating time spent outside, big breaths of fresh air and the quiet wind, the people around me i love, and not overcomplicating it all.
