From femicide to catcalling, misogyny doesn't rest. These facets of women's oppression are all interconnected. Once you're conditioned to view women as objects, of your desire or whatever else, you can dehumanize them to the point of murder. We must do better as a society.

The problem with catcalling, apart from the fact that its disgusting, is that it is inspired by a thought process that makes you believe you have ownership of the person you're subjecting the abuse to. It strips a whole human being into a few parts of their body, and you believe that you are entitled to make comments about them, when they're clearly uncomfortable.

I really want to know if catcalling has EVER worked for someone.🤔 Like, you say whatever it is that you say and then the victim jumps on you and says, "MARRY ME PLEASE I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR YEARS TO BE TOLD THAT I HAVE AN ASS BUT I"M NOT PRETTY!😍😍" If that has ever worked for anyone then... what?
