Nobody talks about how difficult it can be going from finishing a rave at 5am on a Sunday morning to then leaving the house at 6am Monday for a corporate.
Switching mindset overnight, from creative, reactive nightclub “make it look good” shows to precise, pre-programmed, client-driven corporate shows can be a challenge not only for the mind but the body.
It’s important to relax, rest and reset which sometimes, we forget about going from gig to gig
It’s a similar feeling to being on tour for weeks/months and then being back home all of a sudden.
