@claire.strat approximately 525,600 minutes ago, give or take…several weeks My best tip for smoky eyes would be to concentrate on getting as much density and depth at the lash line as you can. Ideally you don’t want any gaps - get into every nook and cranny of the lashes. After that you can go ham and take the colour as high as you want for extra depth and drama. If you’re feeling shy and demure still dw, as long as you have a clean brush/cotton tip/finger tip you can sheer out the colour. This is also where adding a touch of those mid-light transition tones can help sheer out the initial dark layer(s) ✨(✯◡✯) I tend to favour going straight in with a pencil like Chanel Le Crayon Kohl or the Maq Pro Fard Crème and then follow that with eyeshadow - I just find it makes the look more lived-in and dimensional but would love to know what other people do too 📝🩷! . . . #carlylimmakeup
