Set against the iconic Sydney Harbour, Carla Zampatti presented ‘Reflections’ to more than 900 guests across two shows for the 30th anniversary of Australian Fashion Week. The show was realised through event direction by @laraincevents , artistic direction by @ken____leung , with styling by @karla_clarke and @emma_kalfus . The soundtrack, was directed and mixed by @danlywood . Reflections, carried through every detail, down to the movement of the hair. Hair was created in collaboration with @sharkbeautyau and Hair Director @badisonv using the Shark Glam. Swept to the side in multiple expressions across the runway, from soft lateral movement to looped ponytails and slicked, tucked finishes, each look held a sense of control while still feeling effortless and dynamic. #CarlaZampatti #Reflections #AFCAustralianFashionWeek

Reflections, finished in skin that feels as luminous as the collection itself. Makeup was created in collaboration with @sharkbeautyau and Skin Director @isabellaschimid , with the Shark CryoGlow LED masks used in skin preparation to build a smooth, lit-from-within base. This helped achieved a fresh, radiant complexion that holds light rather than sits on top of it. A soft wash of mauve across the eyes and lips draws directly from the tones within the collection, echoing its mood and depth while keeping the overall look refined, modern and effortless. #CarlaZampatti #Reflections #AFCAustralianFashionWeek

For the opening night of @afcaustralianfashionweek , Carla Zampatti Presents ‘Reflections.’ Reflections is a meditation on time. The appreciation of a moment. On the quiet dialogue between past, present and future. To reflect is not simply to look back, it is to understand. To honour what has been, and carry it forward with clarity. The collection explores this idea through luminous fabrications, reflective embellishment and fluid silhouettes that echo the shimmer of Sydney Harbour. Presented across 46 looks, and opened and closed by @shaninamshaik , it revisits the house’s enduring codes with precision and restraint, balancing sharp tailoring with statement evening wear and a quiet, assured glamour. Texture and movement play a central role throughout. Liquid sequins, devoré velvet, hand-applied glass beadwork and soft feather detailing create depth, lightness and motion, while a palette of chartreuse, deep red and soft pink brings modernity to the brand’s monochromatic foundation. The show is brought to life by Artistic Director @ken____leung , with styling by @karla_clarke and @emma_kalfus . The soundtrack, mixed by @danlywood , blends iconic female voices including Kylie Minogue and Blondie with cinematic classical strings, reflecting the collection’s themes of emotion, strength and reflection.
