Elevated ✨ and always evolving
12 years — that’s how long I’ve been teaching yoga in the DC area. It’s a great honor to have led so many classes in so many different spaces. Over the years, I watched individuals become more confident in themselves, practices become deeper and communities grow stronger. Teaching is one of the greatest gifts God has bestowed on me and not one I take for granted.

F*ck it — I’ll bite 2016, before botox, before a bunch of babies were born and bachelorette parties were plentiful. When work was one of my favorite places to be, because i worked with all my friends and when life seemed a little simpler.
The years have passed, our lives have changed a ton, but even back then we knew Trump was full of sh*t 🫶🏼

This is 40 🪩 and I feel unstoppable, full and eternally grateful for the love that is all around me.
Thank you to everyone that helped me celebrate my 40th birthday. This is wildly overdue, but if I’m honest, i’ve been sort of basking in the big 4-0. Getting use to saying it out loud and learning to love me in this new decade of life.
Typically my birthday is a source of anxiety and it’s only gotten worse as i’ve gotten older and had to say goodbye to loved ones, but this year was different. This year I felt grounded, ready and full.
Thank you to my people, to my support system, and to my chosen family for continuing to love on me, for accepting me and for always being real with me. You all make me better and help me feel more me 🫶🏼
