Today I’m in Coos Bay — screening after 2pm, joining the Q&A. I’ve spent years expressing through my own hands, body, and heart — with ink, with silence. In the middle of all this chaos, I still have something I want to say. A prayer I keep offering to the earth, to the world. That’s why I keep showing up here, in the U.S. My path has never been straight. I’ve compared myself to others, wrestled with my ego, lost things I couldn’t imagine losing. And all of it brought me here. It’s never too late. If each of us can live even a small piece of the role we were born with — this world becomes a little gentler. Back to ourselves. Gather close, good folk, and hear a brief telling of Malúr, the Wandering bard. Born beneath the shadow of the Carpathian Mountains to a Romani caravan, Malúr knew no lasting home but the road and no truer family than those who traveled beside him. Raised among firelight, music, and motion, he learned early that song could warm hearts—or open doors best left closed. In time, his skill carried him to the courts of kings, where he served not only as minstrel, but as a quiet gatherer of whispers in days of unrest. Yet stone walls could not hold a spirit shaped by wind and wheel. When war’s echoes faded, Malúr returned to the wandering life, walking the long veins of the Silk Road. There, by chance or fate, he came upon two mercenaries—Ferdinand, iron-willed and watchful, and Chiron, keen-eyed and cunning as a fox. Seeing in Malúr more than a simple bard, they took him into their company, and in time, into a wandering guild of blades and brothers, where loyalty was coin and survival its trade. It was along these same roads that the blade Kindlegrave came into his keeping—born of loss, and bound to the memory of one called Siora. Now he roams still, with lute, flute, and steel alike at hand—ever between laughter and shadow. And wherever the fire burns and stories are welcome, there may you find him… for he was born walking, and so he remains. Some quick throwback from last’s night Anahata-A heart awakening spring sacred sound concert and sunset embodiment ritual on Saturday March 28. What a night it was!!! A House full, sold out concert!!! Eugene, so much love you put out. So much gratitude for everyone who came in to help me to put it together, without your love and support none of this could happen! This was one of the biggest milestones for myself personally as alongwith a healing practitioner and self expression guide, now I am fully owning my hat as an artist too.. And though I have hosting events for last two years, this felt fully like a full on production with crew and community support.. I will tell you being an artist and facilitator while putting together all the other logistical aspects requires a major balancing of masculine and feminine energies.. It wasn’t easy, there were situations I was like what’s the point..but the moment I stepped on the land, the land reminded me we got this! And then all of your beautiful hearts and smiles, made me remember how much I just love community, sharing and receiving.. Some of you drove all the way from Portland and nearby areas to come for this! Thank you being the sweetest audience and supporters and being open to receiving the medicine ! Myself an musical storyteller and an extremely talented and versatile musician @caravanredsmith are collaborating for this experimental improv Intimate Sound Concert.
