Inner Forest is an Oregon-based musician, DJ, and producer weaving ancient sound wisdom into forward-thinking electronic music. Drawing from global traditions and bass-driven experimentation, his work blurs the line between ceremony and dancefloor, offering immersive journeys that awaken the body, mind, and spirit.
Each composition is crafted with intention, layering organic instrumentation, hypnotic rhythms, and visionary textures to guide listeners into altered states of connection and bliss.

Somatic Lab with Elena
In this lab, we’ll explore twerking as a grounded and freeing movement practice.
Rather than focusing on performance or “doing it right,” we’ll slow down and tune in, using rhythm and repetition to connect with the hips, unwind tension, and tap into our own energy and power through movement.
This is a playful invitation to experiment and try something that may feel new, edgy, or unfamiliar. The intention is to cultivate confidence, aliveness, and embodied expression through bold, unapologetic movement. All bodies and experience levels are welcome! Come as you are and move as you feel.
The Somatic Lab
is a space in time intended to support, inspire and refine our dance, to share with each other our observations, experiences, creativity, and ways of learning.
