This one ment the world
@jamesgunn has had one of the biggest impacts on my life and that’s what I told him
I started cosplay because of him wouldn’t have meet all my friends here and around the world without him
My training indirectly started because of him and has been influenced by his characters
And with out cosplay I wouldn’t have my my finance and best friend @eemily.hannah
This was a full circle moment.

Aim was to come in bigger and heavier and I achieved it
Came in 15 pounds heavier after a full cut which I very happy with
Thanks to @scott_the_physique_artist_ for all his help on tracking me and writing my programs out for me
As I have said before I maybe a pt but having a guiding eye form a good friend aswell is amazing
All done using bodybuilding CrossFit Olympic weightlifting and gymnastics
But once again this isn’t the end we go again next time

Next weekend we dine in hell
After few years off next week I’m bringing back my Spartan from 300 from @zacksnyder and graphic novel by @frankmillerofficial
12 weeks of work for he man but the return to 300 has been the other aim on the list for the Sunday
