Visited both Eastvale & Riverside Slice Houses last night and this morning. The crew is doing an amazing job. Pizzas were looking solid and I would have to say that the customer service was some of the best we have. One story is going on two years and the other store is having it’s one year anniversary very soon. It was so great to see everyone and many of the workers that we originally trained are still here. Really great to see in the restaurant business. Our partners had some great ideas that I’m excited to share with my team and they are working on store number three. I’m off to Fountain Valley now for our one year anniversary at that location. @slicehouseinlandempire
Visited Slice House San Diego today. It’s great to see all of the new businesses that have opened around them. The team is doing a great job here and the pizzas are looking 👀 great 🙌. It’s going to be our 1 year anniversary soon. Crazy how time flies.

Had a nice visit to Slice House by Tony Gemignani today. The place was super clean and the pizzas were looking 👀 great. Wait for the end. I like to call it tickling the bottom 😁
Earlier this week Gino asked me to teach him how to make a ragù sauce. It was a little fast for a ragù but, I promised him it would be tonight. We celebrated our new family estate wine 🍷. We bottled just over 30 cases and are selling it by the bottle only at @tonyspizza415@capossf and @giovanniitalianspecialties . This is a brand new line and all the 🍇 are grown on our property in Alamo, CA. Check out the label ❤️. It’s a lot different than our other label and the wine I feel is elevated. Thank you @stanislaustomatoes for the 🍅. The pasta 🍝 garlic 🧄 bread and vino🍷 turned out delicious 😋. So glad I made some time tonight after work to spend it with family. We had such a blast 💥
