This program was piloted last year and it was a huge success. High school mentors built real connections, stepped into leadership roles, and made a meaningful impact. Our “Littles” are students in grades 3–6, and they really benefit from having a positive, consistent mentor. Plus, current mentors will be there to share their experience and answer questions.
