Join Camille for a practice that explores the five Koshas, the layers of our being as described in yogic philosophy: from the physical body to deeper states of awareness.
Through a thoughtful Vinyasa flow, with breath awareness, and a grounding finish, we’ll journey through these layers step by step. A chance to explore movement with intention and reconnect with the full spectrum of the practice.
