Hey friends! It’s been a hot minute since I’ve introduced myself. It’s important for me to establish community so I’d love to connect with some new and familiar faces in my circle.
My names Cami, I’m a grief coach and I offer a healing form of bodywork called craniosacral therapy. I’m also in culinary school to become a holistic chef! My dream is to open a healing bed and breakfast in the woods, specifically a place where grievers can come for rest and support.
I got into this work because of my own grief experiences. I was 11 when my dad died from ALS, and I was 15 when my stepdad died from prostate cancer. Avoiding my grief over the years made me physically and mentally sick, which lead me to eventually explore resources beyond meds and counseling (which weren’t working for me).
This is how I got into all the holistic healing modalities that I incorporate into my work — essential oils, food as medicine, yoga and bodywork, and coaching as an invitation to tap into my inner wisdom and empowerment that I needed to support myself in my grief.
And now I have the amazing opportunity to help others do the same.
None of us are getting out of here alive!! But that awareness of grief and death helps us to live fuller, more meaningful lives, if we can lean into those opportunities for growth.
This work fulfills a deeper soul purpose for me, and I feel so blessed that I was able to learn some of these big lessons from a young age.
I am always a safe space to talk about all things grief and death. If you’re needing help, please know that you are so worthy and capable of creating the changes you want to see for yourself and your life. I’m a support person for you in the process!! 🙏🤍
I have some upcoming opportunities for healing that I would love to invite you to. From free grief yoga to grief retreats, to private coaching and bodywork, I’m sure I have a resource I can share with you to support your journey.
If any of this resonates with you, please feel free to reach out. I also have some resources for you to explore in the link in my bio. I’m here for it all 💫
Much love 🥰
I’m so excited to share that in a few days I’ll be back to Minnesota and available for bodywork!! 🙏
I’ve been missing this gentle love language and can’t wait to offer this form of support once again to my community 🥰
My books are now open for Craniosacral Therapy and Embodied Grief Support (coaching, yoga + bodywork).
This holistic approach works with the nervous system to help your body activate its natural healing pathways and gently release deep seated tension.
If you’re feeling stuck, have emotional energy that needs to move, or pain you can’t get rid of, this form of bodywork is incredibly helpful for gentle shifting and transformation.
You’ll walk away feeling relaxed, lighter, and more capable of handling life’s stressors.
If you have any questions or want to book a session, feel free to reach out 😊
I’m offering a special discounted rate for the month of May!! Spots are limited so be sure to snag a session if you’re interested 💫
Much love. See you soon!!! 🤍

So happy to share my love for cooking with the community! 🥰
Hi! I’m Chef Cam and I’m the creator of Chamomile Kitchen & Wellness. I’m a holistic chef and wellness practitioner — and I’m officially open for business!! 👩🏼🍳
I feel especially called to serve people navigating chronic health conditions, those who are grieving, or those who are in a time of life where cooking feels overwhelming. At the end of the day, I’m here to help people feel good in their bodies and confident about their food choices.
I believe that life is too short and much too precious to be feeling low energy or unwell — and food is the medicine to connect us back to our vitality. I don’t believe in restrictions, fad diets, or calorie counting (and I certainly don’t believe that we should skip dessert!!!). My philosophy is simple: eat REAL food from the earth.
I believe that the earth provides us all that we need if we can steward the land, water, and soil in a way that nourishes both the environment and our bodies.
I believe that local, organic food systems are at the heart of supporting healthy bodies and communities.
So I go out of my way to source organic produce and ethically raised animals from local farms in my area. Every ingredient is intentional and nutrient dense — and this is what makes my dishes so delicious! 😋
I’m here to cook for you, coach you into feeling confident about food, and help teach you basic cooking skills so you can support yourself and your family in a way that feels empowering and self-sufficient. I work with any dietary preference, allergy, or health concerns, so that you can feel aligned with what you’re eating and trust that it will truly nourish your wellbeing.
If you’re interested in healthy meals cooked especially for you and your dietary needs, gluten free baked goods, or holistic health coaching — I’m here to help. Food is my love language and I would be so honored to support you in feeling your best!! 🥰 Feel free to reach out with any questions, and please share with someone who might need this kind of support.
Cheers to a vibrant life,
-Chef Cam
My grieving heart turns to cooking for comfort. The weight of the world is feeling especially heavy lately, and nourishment through good food is something within my control that I can offer to myself, my immediate family and surrounding community. Eating well is absolutely essential to staying grounded, managing stress, and taking care of ourselves through tough times. It’s simple yet foundational.
Food is my love language and my favorite form of support. It’s a universal connector— to the earth, our bodies, and whomever we share a meal with. It’s a privilege to have a full belly, especially from heartfelt home cooked meals and intentional, healthy ingredients. I feel so grateful that I can create some positivity in the world by cooking for people 🙏✨
I’ve been busy with preparing to launch my holistic chef services, and I’m so excited to be offering personalized meals and baked goods. For those who have special dietary requirements— I got you. My goal is to help people feel safe through food as nourishment, whether you’re managing a health condition or just want to eat healthier, it’s an honor to fill happy bellies!
Photos are some of my recent creations, and a few of my favorites from this past year. Gluten free baking is my specialty this winter!!
Stay tuned for more info about my personal chef services, or reach out if you wanna know more about how I can help feed you👩🏼🍳 sending my love

Snowshoed around our property for the first time this week. Our first winter at our new place, and I love connecting with the land as the seasons change. This space already feels like a mini retreat ❄️ so much to explore in this little corner of the world 💫
Grief reshapes us, creating tender spaces inside that hold the weight of our loss and the depth of our love.
The space grief opens within us is not emptiness, but a sacred container for all we’ve known and all we still carry: the memories, emotions, sorrows, and hopes that live within us.
This is what I call The Grief Bowl—the tender place within that holds our love, our pain, and the transformation that emerges when we tend to them with care.
In this ceremony, you’ll be gently guided through the Grief Bowl practice, a mindful and embodied ritual that helps you tend to your grief with presence and compassion. Using a physical bowl as a symbol and container, you’ll be invited to name what is living within you—your emotions, memories, or stories—and place them into the bowl to be witnessed, honored, and held.
Your grief bowl becomes a tangible reminder that your grief has a place to go, that it can move and change, and that you can return to it whenever you need to reconnect, release, or remember. It serves as a mirror of your own capacity to hold love and sorrow side by side.
Together we’ll share stories, hold silence, and honor our individual and collective losses. You’ll be invited (but never required) to share what you’re carrying and to witness the stories of others. There is profound medicine in being seen and reminded that we do not grieve alone, with others who understand the language of loss.
