The best thing that I’ll ever do will be growing up raising you 💛 Being a mama is so fulfilling and you just don’t know until you know. I TRULY DIDN’T KNOW two years ago haha I had so much to learn and still do so thank you all for following along on this journey. Cash, Codie and Chawles Mommy loves you more than she can put into words. Thank you for changing my life
Thank you to my mom for raising 6 of us, to my mother in law for raising the man that chris has turned out to be, my sisters for inspiring me and all the mamas who I’ve had the privilege of asking all the questions, texting late at night and just connecting with through motherhood. My favorite part of motherhood has been building a village, we need each other to help, vent to and remind each other just how incredible we are doing despite how we may be feeling. The only time we have to relax is when we sleep but even then we’re worrying haha Thank you to the body who has served as a home for my babies.
Happy Mother’s day everyone. Sending love and a big hug to those who are missing their mama, wanting to be a mama, doing it alone, in the trenches, preparing for motherhood.
Because if i’m not strong how will I grab my toddler with one arm mid tantrum, carry his bike and stroll my 3 month old. EVEN THAT POINTER FINGER NEEDS ALL THE STRENGTH
In this episode of Stroller Talks, moms @calliegullickson and @caitlee talk about what it looks like to learn every day, balance type A energy, calling on your village—and how mothers have built-in resilience. They also got to be first to try our newest drop, Daily Resilience Complex—made with clinically-backed lactoferrin and bioavailable collagen peptides.

Some people hit dumbbells straight through pregnancy. Others scale back, pivot to a gentler modality, or stop altogether—sometimes by choice and sometimes because their body makes the decision for them.
A lot of women also land somewhere in between. There is no linear path when it comes to working out during pregnancy, and there definitely is no single "right" way to do it.
To give a clearer picture of what that actually looks like, three very-active women opened up about how their strength training routines evolved during pregnancy: what stayed the same, what didn’t, and how they adjusted along the way.

One of my favorite parts of motherhood has been getting to know friends and new friends on a whole other level as we experience motherhood together and for that I’m so grateful! I brought together the gals for a Mamas & Mocktails night to celebrate Mother’s day. We framed our ultrasound photos and used our hospital hat or blanket as the background. Highly recommend- it’s the cutest keepsake to put up in the house.
Mocktail drank was the Garden Cooler from my book and I forgot how much I love that one!
