Bugün sinemada beden temsili üzerine düşünmek, yalnızca estetik bir dönüşümü değil; gerçeklik, algı ve öznelik biçimlerinin nasıl değiştiğini tartışmak anlamına geliyor. Yapay zekânın gündelik hayatın parçası hâline gelmesiyle birlikte beden artık yalnızca kameranın kaydettiği fiziksel bir varlık olarak değil; üretilebilen, simüle edilebilen, çoğaltılabilen ve veri olarak yeniden kurgulanabilen bir yapı olarak da algılanıyor. Günümüz sinemasında bu dönüşüme farklı yönelimler eşlik ediyor. Bir tarafta sentetik görüntüler, algoritmik üretimler ve bedeni dijital olarak yeniden kuran pratikler yer alırken; diğer tarafta fiziksel temasın, analog üretimin, performansın ve bedenin kırılgan maddeselliğinin izini süren işler öne çıkıyor. Bu konuşma, çağdaş sinemada bedenin hangi biçimlerde yeniden düşünüldüğünü; teknolojik dönüşümle birlikte nasıl çözündüğünü ya da yeniden maddeselleştiğini tartışmaya açıyor. Yapay zekâ çağında bedenin yalnızca nasıl temsil edildiğini değil, görüntü, hafıza, gerçeklik ve temas kavramları üzerinden artık nasıl algılandığını da yeniden düşünmeyi öneriyor.

Aber was passiert, wenn sie verletzt wird? Die Inszenierung beginnt mit dieser Frage und betont die emotionale Resonanz, die durch Würde ausgelöst wird - das Bewusstsein, das sich durch Würde ausbildet. Was bedeutet Würde in Einsamkeit? Entsteht Würde durch Solidarität? Artikel 1 präsentiert verschieden verkörperte Interpretationen von sechs Tänzer*innen zu diesem Thema. Tanzend nähern sie sich dem Verfassungsprinzip, versuchen herauszufinden, was es im Alltag konkret bedeutet. Die Inszenierung ist eine körperliche Einladung zur kollektiven Begegnung, um vielleicht mühsame, ungewöhnliche und kinästhetische Wege des Denkens, Handelns und Schreibens über Artikel 1 zu finden. Aydın Teker Türkiye'de çağdaş dansın öncü isimlerinden olduğu gibi, uluslararası dans dünyasında da Türkiye'nin ilk temsilcilerinden olan koreograf Aydın Teker'in Hallo! isimli gösterisi, yine ulusal ve uluslararası dans alanında disiplinlerarası etkileyici projeleri ile dikkat çeken dansçı, koreograf Gizem Aksu'nun çarpıcı performansı ile KentFest'te... Hallo! sizleri duyulmamanın ve duymamanın derinliklerine açılan bir deneyime davet ediyor. Aydın Teker, bu performansı toplumsal protestoların farklı kesimler tarafından nasıl algılandığını yansıtan bir ifade olarak yarattı. Performans, seyirciyi Gizem Aksu ile birlikte merkeze yerleştiriyor. Duyan, dinleyen ama yine de çaresiz ve kopuk hisseden bir deneyim. Her performans, seyirciyle birlikte değişerek bir defaya mahsus, bir daha asla tekrar edilemeyecek bir parça yaratıyor. İkinci bölümde seyirci düşüncelerini paylaştığında, parça ile kendi hayatları arasındaki bağ ortaya çıkıyor. Bu performans, Teker için umutsuz bir dönemin ürünü. “Yaptığım hiçbir şeyin anlamı yok” dediği bir anda, kimsenin gerçekten dinlemediğini fark etti. BOXING CULTURE Gizem Aksu, Cana Bilir-Meier, Patrycja Rozwora, Nika Rukavina, Anikẹ Joyce Sadiq, Firat Yildiz, Anna Zassimova, Stereo48, Daniel Goehr 18. Juli 2025 bis 5. Oktober 2025 In den aktuellen gesellschaftspolitischen Diskursen wird Kultur auf unterschiedliche Weise und auf verschiedenen Ebenen hinterfragt. Dabei wird der Begriff Kultur gezielt als Wertorientierung genutzt – und mitunter sogar instrumentalisiert. Kultur kann jedoch als Interaktion zwischen sozialen Ebenen verstanden werden und als gestalterisches Mittel einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur sozialen Emanzipation einer Gesellschaft leisten. Die interdisziplinäre Ausstellung BOXING CULTURE versteht sich als offenes Forum für eine vielfältige Stadtgesellschaft und versammelt unterschiedliche künstlerische Positionen und Ausdrucksformen – von darstellender Kunst, klassischer und neuer Musik über zeitgenössische Medien bis hin zur Kulinarik– und lädt dazu ein, Kultur als verbindendes Element zwischen Menschen und Lebensrealitäten zu erleben. Begleitend zur Ausstellung wird in der Galerie zum Hof ein Salon der Kulturen eingerichtet – ein Ort des Austauschs und des Verweilens, in dem während des Ausstellungszeitraums verschiedene Veranstaltungsformate und Workshops stattfinden. In diesem Workshop, in dem wir von der Magie der Worte zur Ausdruckskraft des Körpers gelangten, konzentrierten wir uns auf die Poesie der Bewegung, ihren inneren Rhythmus und die grenzenlosen Ausdrucksmöglichkeiten des Körpers. Gerade wenn wir denken, alles sei zur Ruhe gekommen, entsteht eine ganz neue Energie. In this workshop, where we journeyed from the magic of words to the expression of the body, we focused on the poetic quality of movement, its inner rhythm, and the boundless power of physical storytelling. Just when everything seems to settle into place, a new energy emerges. Heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed, especially to Gizem, who distilled this energy through her mind and body and shared it with us.

Carcasse (2025) How do we keep going when abjection wins? When democracy crumbles? When political hypocrisy reaches its peak? When everything we once held sacred is desecrated and shattered? When every emotion, every everyday gesture, is clouded by nausea? In Carcasse, five performers confront the remains oftheir being. They inhabit a body whose structure is irrevocably marked—a skeleton, a carcass, in which disgust and helplessness dictate every movement. How can this body be brought to dance? Oscillating between gentleness and fury, stupor and ecstasy, they paint a picture of a bleak present and an uncertain future. ‘It's been a while since I haven't felt disgust, anger or hopelessness when reading the news. I am surprised that these feelings, which many people probably share, are not expressed more clearly in the public debate. As if they need to be suppressed. As if these feelings are the last taboo in our society, when all other taboos have already been torn down. C A R C A S S E by Léonard Engel A very dear, special performance for me.🤍 This process made me realize that I have never given me a chance to feel disgust. Then I realized that it unconsciously related to hate in my bodymind. I supposed that it would lead me to hate. I spent many years to feel love and be loved, cultivate love in smaller safer spaces in Istanbul. It has been a sharp decision for me/us in a geography of hate crimes. No hate can enter in! Being on the streets as an activist, confronting hate were possible with the encircled love and trust from my community. This time, love and trust from Léo made possible for me to stay with disgust, move with and in it, allow myself to feel disgusted until my organs. I love it! Thank you very much again Léo for aligning disgust/abjection and letting us act with it.
